What information do I need to provide?

Fill in your details as completely as possible. Include the address with house number, your name, phone number, and your flight number. This ensures that we always take you to and from the right place on time.

How far in advance should I order the taxi?

You can order your taxi online. Need a taxi more quickly? Contact us at +31 85 065 4599.

Will I receive confirmation of my reservation?

Yes. Therefore, it is important to fill in the correct email address and phone number. If there is any uncertainty in your details, the driver will contact you personally. If you pay online, you will receive all trip information and the invoice immediately.

Important Information

1. Data Check / Modify / Cancel

Check your mobile phone number and flight number on the reservation confirmation. If certain personal details are incorrect or your plans have changed, no problem. You can quickly and easily modify your details or cancel your ride via the confirmation email. Cancellation is possible up to 6 hours before pick-up time.

2. How and where do I find my driver at the airport?

Always enter your flight number so that we know when you have landed (we are informed of real-time flight information). Your driver will contact you within 15 minutes after landing; therefore, check your provided phone number, including the country code.

Meeting point at Schiphol is: Departures 3 (above) door D.

3. Verification

Important: ask the driver for the ride number that is also on your confirmation. This ensures that you are dealing with a reliable driver from Schiphol Taxi.

Meter vs. Fixed Price

We do not use meter rates. The price you see on our site is the price you pay. There are no additional costs afterwards. The price is calculated based on the shortest route. It may happen that the driver takes a different route due to, for example, traffic or an accident. Even then, the predetermined rate applies. No surprises!

How can I pay?

You can securely pay online in advance using various services such as iDeal, Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, and Paypal. For everyone's safety, we prefer not to have drivers carry cash.

Do I pay extra for each additional passenger?

No. You pay for the taxi ride. If you are with more than four people, you can order a van. For a van, you pay a little more. Regardless of whether you are traveling in a sedan or van, you order the taxi for you or your group. The taxi is not shared with other passengers during your ride.

How much luggage can I bring?

There is space for 2/3 suitcases depending on size. Do you think the luggage won't fit in a sedan? Then order a station wagon or van or contact us.

I have unusual luggage, what now?

If you have unusual luggage, such as a surfboard or golf clubs, contact us first. This way, we can take the car's size into account.

Traveling with animals or a wheelchair?

Do you have pets? Does a wheelchair or walker need to be brought along? Contact us at contact@schiphol.taxi or +31 85 065 4599 so that we can ensure that your ride goes smoothly and comfortably.

Car seat in the taxi?
